For 35 years, this hockey program has been bringing together clients of Brightshores Health System & CMHA Grey Bruce who are managing mental health and/or addiction. Men and women of all skills join the team, but once they put on the jersey, they are hockey players.

Mental illness can make people feel alone, but playing hockey each week helps them get out and make friends.
