As the Utility Assistance Manager for the United Way, I often receive heartwarming feedback from clients whose problems have been resolved through our program. One recurring comment that truly resonates with me is, “I will be able to sleep tonight.” It is a simple yet powerful testament to the relief our assistance brings to individuals struggling with their utility bills, be it for hydro, gas, wood, or propane.

Knowing that our help has alleviated their financial burden brings me immense joy. It is gratifying to witness firsthand the positive impact this program can make in their lives, enabling them to rest easier knowing that a significant source of stress has been lifted off their shoulders.

The reason vulnerable people are sleeping comfortably at night is because of our donors.
