This holiday season, you can bring warmth and comfort to those in need by supporting Supportive Outreach Services (SOS) clients. Until December 13th, the west side location in Owen Sound is accepting donations to provide essential items for individuals in the community.

Your generosity can truly make a difference! Here’s a list of suggested donation items that are needed:

Food Items

Help provide warm meals and snacks for those in need:

• Cereal bars
• Oatmeal
• Cereal
• Peanut butter
• Hot chocolate packets
• Instant coffee
• Canned chili, stews, and soups
• Ramen noodles
• Crackers, cookies, and snacks

Essential Items

Provide comfort and warmth during the cold months:

• Warm socks and thick gloves/mitts
• Feminine hygiene products
• Small soaps, shampoos, toothpaste
• Hand/foot warmers
• Incontinence products
• Travel-size versions of toiletries are especially appreciated.
