Stuff the Bus Owen Sound: August 15th-17th 2024
Join us at Staples Owen Sound from Thursday, August 15th to Saturday, August 17th for our Stuff The Bus event, and help us make a difference in the lives of local students. Our goal is to fill a bus with school supplies for The Backpack Program, and we need your help!
You can contribute by donating school supplies or making a financial donation to The Backpack Program. Your contribution will go a long way in helping children in our community receive the tools they need for a successful school year.
Here are the event hours:
- Thursday, August 15th: 9 am to 7 pm
- Friday, August 16th: 9 am to 7 pm
- Saturday, August 17th: 9 am to 5 pm
Since 2005, the United Way Bruce Grey has been dedicated to supporting local students. We have distributed over 35,278 backpacks throughout Bruce and Grey Counties, thanks to the generosity of our donors. In 2023, we were able to distribute a record-breaking 2,470 backpacks.
By participating in our Stuff The Bus event, you are directly contributing to the success and education of children in our community. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that every student has the necessary supplies to thrive in school.
Make sure to stop by on Friday, August 16th from 11 am-1 pm while Mix 106.5 and Country 93 are live on location!
