Post Event Update: World Donkey Day
From April 8th to May 8th, 2024, the United Way of Bruce Grey held a World Donkey Day Colouring Draw across all 28 libraries in Bruce Grey. This initiative aimed to encourage families to visit their local libraries and support these valuable community hubs. We are thrilled with the positive feedback we’ve received and proud to have brought smiles to so many faces.
Here’s the list of libraries that participated:
- Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library
- Bruce County Public Library (Cargill, Chesley, Kincardine, Lion’s Head, Lucknow, Mildmay, Paisley, Port Elgin, Ripley, Sauble Beach, Southampton, Tara, Teeswater, Tiverton, Tobermory, Walkerton, and Wiarton)
- Meaford Public Library
- Hanover Public Library
- West Grey Public Library (Durham, Neustadt, and Ayton)
- Grey Highlands Public Library (Flesherton, Kimberly, and Markdale)
- Blue Mountains Public Library (Thornbury)
- Southgate Ruth Hargrave Memorial Library (Dundalk)
