Today is Giving Tuesday, a special day when people all over the world come together to give back in meaningful ways. Some people mark the day by donating to causes close to their hearts, others volunteer their time, share kindness, or find their own way to make a positive impact. Every act of giving, big or small, makes a difference.

At the United Way of Bruce Grey, we like to call it “Grati-Tuesday” because it’s a chance for us to reflect on the incredible generosity and support we’ve witnessed in our community. We are deeply thankful for our supporters, whose kindness has helped sustain our programs during these challenging times. We are equally inspired by the many community organizations, volunteers, and neighbours who have worked tirelessly to support the most vulnerable among us. Your dedication and compassion are truly remarkable. We see you, we honour you, and we are endlessly grateful for you.

To everyone who has given their time, shared their resources, or simply offered a moment of kindness – thank you. Your efforts have changed lives. You’ve helped feed families, keep people warm, and provide hope to those who needed it most. You’ve shown what it means to love and care for your community.

Bruce Grey is a strong, resilient, and caring community because of people like you. Over the past months, we’ve learned how much we can accomplish when we stand together. Your generosity and compassion remind us that even in difficult times, there is so much good in the world.
