We are on scene at the Heritage Place Mall in Owen Sound (which is closed due to the pandemic) to pack food hampers for vulnerable seniors and families with children. These hampers will be going to individuals and families who have been identified by local agencies such as New Horizons for Seniors and the Ontario Student Nutrition Program as being in extreme need.

Today we will be packing 600 hampers. This amazing project is made possible thanks to the incredible support of our donors, local businesses and the Government of Canada.

A big thank you to our volunteers from Zehrs Owen Sound and Grey County Housing who are on site with us and helping to pack the hampers.
Such a wonderful story of our community coming together in a time of unprecedented need. Thank you to all who have worked so hard to pull this project together so quickly. Our hearts are full.
