Important Update: The Hydro/Enbridge Gas Disconnection ban will end on April 30th, 2023. If you are at risk of disconnection and have not yet accessed the Leap Program, please contact them at 1-855-487-5327 as soon as possible to avoid any disruption in your service.

It is important to note that you have the right to receive a 14-day notice before your electricity supply can be disconnected due to non-payment. Additionally, if you are unable to pay your outstanding balance, you have the option of setting up a payment plan. This allows you to pay off the amount you owed over a period of time, but please be aware that the payment plan does not cover your current charges.

We urge you to take action and seek assistance if you are experiencing financial difficulties to avoid any disconnection of your essential gas or electricity services.
