The Ontario Superior Court of Justice approved a settlement as part of a class action lawsuit in February 2025. The deadline to submit a claim is October 2nd, 2025. 

Equipment includes furnaces, air or water filters, air conditioners, or water heaters. 

Customers who have already paid to withdraw from their lease are eligible to receive some or all their money back under this settlement.
