Changes in the new year and a job posting
We want to share an important update with you.
Kristy Andre will be leaving United Way of Bruce Grey in the new year to take on a new role that offers her a different pace and new opportunities. While we will miss her deeply, we are genuinely happy for her and grateful for the care, skill, and commitment she has brought to our work and to our partnerships with you.
Her contributions have made a real difference, and we are deeply grateful for her commitment to the United Way.
As we move through this transition, there will be a period where our team is more stretched than usual while we recruit and onboard her replacement. During this time, some responses or timelines may take a little longer than you’re accustomed to, and we appreciate your understanding as we work hard to maintain continuity and quality.
Please know that our commitment to our partners and to the community remains strong. If something is time-sensitive or critical, don’t hesitate to flag it for us so we can prioritize appropriately.
We are grateful for your continued collaboration and for the grace you extend during this moment of change. We’ll keep you updated as we move forward, and we look forward to continuing our work together.
With appreciation, Francesca
